CANCELLATION POLICY
You're always welcome to manage your appointments online! I kindly ask that all cancellations and rescheduling requests be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Late Rescheduling: 50% of booked service Late Cancellations: 100% of booked service No-Shows: 100% of booked service Late Arrivals: Usually no problem if it's only a few minutes! 10+ mins late may result in service adjustments, appointment cancellation, and/or a $50 fee.
